Instant-Start
Ultraviolet Lamps (G)-Lamps utilise high
voltage for starting
and are especially suited to applications such as water purification.
*Single pin lamps use electronic ballasts for starting. Infralight
stocks a wide range of electronic ballasts.

Preheat
Ultraviolet Lamps (GPH)
Preheat
Ultraviolet Lamps (GPH) -Use a
switch starter to preheat the filament prior to starting
and generally use a standard fluorescent ballast. *Preheat germicidal lamps can be operated
from a magnetic or electronic ballast. Electronic ballasts are readily
available and maybe used as a wiring is simpler.
*Infralight
stocks
both types of magentic and electronic ballasts.
